Sole Practitioner Looking for Assistance with Several Residential Projects.



My office is in Cambridge, and I am looking for someone who is able to work with me to draw-up a few small projects from their home office. It will be necessary to come in to my office on occasion, but most communication would be by phone and e-mail on a daily basis.



- must have a strong design sense

- experience with residential projects

- ability to put a construction document set together

- knowledge of how things are put together

- knowledge and a love of interesting materials, fixtures etc.

- familiarity with millwork details

- good communication skills

- Autodesk "AutoCad" skills and your own computer and autocad software is required; and the ability to use "Sketch Up" is preferred but not mandatory.
