Tutors Needed (Boston Metrowest)

A growing company needs tutors to join our team.
Our holistic approach in working with students goes a step beyond traditional tutoring. We are seeking people who believe that their presence in a young persons life can make a difference both academically and personally.
What you should have:
1.) A degree as well as experience working with Junior High/High School aged students.
2.) Comfort tutoring more than one subject, as our students tend to need help in various areas.
3.) Availability for at least two sessions per week.
4.) Reliable transportation, as we tutor in the students home and they are not always on public transit.
We offer:
1.) An environment where you are encouraged to use your intellect and creativity to help young people set goals and grow.
2.) The ability to work with families to set up your own schedule in a way that works for you.
3.) Competitive compensation that begins at thirty an hour, with potential bonuses.
4.) Regular supervision that focuses on problem solving, strategizing, and professional development.
