Bindery & Printing- Commercial (Needham, MA)

Lead position in bindery of commercial printing company. Full time days.
We produce a large variety of commercial work, and seek someone who is able perform all the necessary functions in the bindery, and take jobs from start to finish. This includes folding on Stahl folders- 20 x 26 pile fed, and 26 x 40 continuous, cutting on a Polar cutter with Microcut, and stitching on a Macey Multibinder and/or Rosback stitcher, as well as many other misc. tasks and job functions. We are willing to train the right person on any of our equipment if you are unfamiliar with what we have in our shop.
The qualified candidate is very organized, has good communication and math skills, can multi task, and is interested in a long term steady position, . Payscale is based on experience and capability.
